  I had a compressed nerve in the C7/T1 area. Pros: - Dr. Hasan was a pioneer of the minimally invasive procedures he uses for spinal surgery. - No overnight stay in the hospital - 10 days post-surgery I was on a plane headed on vacation with a scar the size of a dime. - I cannot believe how fast the healing was from this surgery. - I would go back and would recommend family & friends. Cons: - Office visits are minutes in length, bring only your most critical points/questions. Dr Hasan tends to communicate through his assistant. But I asked very specific questions he gave clear answers. - Wait times for appointments are horrendous. Bring a book and patience. - The administrative staff is overwhelmed. - **DO NOT** go to the golden gate orthopedics Walnut Creek *Physical Therapy* office. The staff is shockingly cold, rude and disrespectful. They made me cry (and did not react), and I saw them badmouth two other patients. In front of other patients.
